I would like to say what a wonderful
experience I had with my custom charm order through Coolcharmz.com. One week
before Mothers Day I had the idea to have a custom photo charm made. I
placed my order very early on a Sunday morning and was taking a chance that
I would be able to have this item within 1 week (5 business days). I did
include a note with the order that it was a Mothers Day gift and I would
have to have it in by that Saturday. Coolcharmz.com emailed me within 24
hours and said it was a possibility and included edited versions of my
picture to enhance the look. They stayed in contact with me over the next 2
days and we discussed how we could get this charm created and to me in this
short amount of time. Candace was so helpful and always kept in mind the
reason for this charm and the urgency of receiving it in time. To my
surprise the charm was done in a day or so and it is currently on its way to
me. Candace even upgraded the shipping at no charge. I am confident I will
receive it in time and that its recipient will be so happy with it.
Coolcharmz.com and Candace have definitely earned a repeat customer in me
and I will recommend them to anyone in need of a special gift. What a

Italian link charm would be silly to buy from anyone else. I absolutely
